Ideally situated for easy access to the extensive amenities and lovely beach of Punta Prima, lovely Villa Rosa enjoys great sea views from the poolside terrace and boasts a bright and airy interior with modern furnishings and includes all the necessary facilities for a very enjoyable and relaxing summer holiday. It is fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to 10 in five bedrooms; perfect for one large family or for two families to share.

The villa is entered from the covered terrace, with sliding glass doors on the upper floor open into a spacious living area with its comfy sofa and a 10-seat dining table and chairs. The living room features a 49-inch flatscreen TV with Sky satellite channels including sports, movies and kids’.

The well-equipped kitchen is through a door to the right and is equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven/hob, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee maker.

From the living room there is access to the three bedrooms on the upper floor. The large master bedroom with king-size bed has a private dressing/storage area and ensuite bathroom with separate bath/shower/toilet and double sinks. Sliding glass doors open from the master bedroom on to the covered terrace with its sea views.

The other two upper-level bedrooms have twin beds and plenty of storage space and they share the second shower/toilet room. All three upper bedrooms and the lounge are air-conditioned.

The lower level of the villa features a second living room with 49-inch flatscreen TV with video consoles and a selection of games, as well as a DVD player and a large selection of movies, family games and books. A door leads direct to the pool area. The living area has an air-conditioning unit which cools the room and the adjacent bedrooms.

One of the downstairs bedrooms has a queen-size double bed and the other a bunk bed (standard single mattress size) and also a pull-out single bed, so that the room can accommodate up to three people. These bedrooms share a separate bathroom.

Outside, there is plenty of space to relax in the sun with the star attractions being the beautiful 9x5m private swimming pool and extensive sunbathing terraces. There is also a large covered terrace that has a table and chairs and a barbecue for making the most of lazy evenings enjoying the warm weather and beautiful scenic views of the Med. In the private garden/orchard are fig, orange, avocado and guava trees for you to enjoy.

There is a spacious private parking area with room for several cars, and lockable doors into the terraced pool area.

Outside peak season this villa is available to parties of up to six people, with just the three bedrooms on the upper floor opened and available to use.
