Villa Piscis 3-bed villa Son Bou

Located in the quiet residential Torre Soli area of Son Bou – Menorca’s foremost beach resort – Villa Piscis features three air-conditioned bedrooms, a 7.5m private swimming pool, and beautiful views out over the Mediterranean.

All the bedrooms are on the lower floor of the villa:

A master bedroom with double bed, air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes and french doors leading to the pool terrace.

A large air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and french doors leading to the pool terrace.

A smaller air-conditioned bedroom with twin beds and french doors leading to the pool terrace.

There are two shower rooms with wc and bidet – one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor.

The top floor of the house provides the main living area – a comfortable living room with settee seating and TV with DVD player, wifi internet; dining area with table and chairs; and a fitted kitchen with granite work tops, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, and many useful gadgets such as a blender, coffee machine and drinks fridge. There is a washing machine housed in a casita downstairs.

Just outside the living area there is an awning-covered balcony/terrace with a gas barbecue and a dining table from which you can take in the glorious view while eating and drinking.

The private swimming pool is 7.5x4m with a depth ranging between 0.9m and 2m – it has ladder access and Roman steps, and is surrounded by a good-sized terrace with sunbeds and a small table and chairs.

The main hub of the resort is a 20-minute walk, though in season there is a very good restaurant five minutes on foot and a supermarket within 10 minutes stroll.
