Villa Valerie is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom fully air-conditioned villa with private pool which occupies an elevated position on the north side of Mahon harbour, offering spectacular views across the length of the harbour and across to the marina and skyline of Mahon. Unusually for Cala Llonga the villa offers a high degree of privacy.

Located in a quiet residential area, it is set just below the level of the road with its privacy protected by a high wall with entrance through the teak gate and down a few steps to the main entrance door.

Access is into the open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen, a large space with floor-to ceiling glass walls and sliding doors to two sides, providing masses of natural light and views of the pool, outside dining terraces, the harbour and Mahon.

The living room is furnished with contemporary white leather sofas and lounge chairs, glass coffee table, DVD player with large wall-mounted flat screen monitor, music system and wifi internet access offering IPTV channels. The dining area has table and chairs and behind this is the ultra-modern, stainless steel fully kitchen with free-standing storage and preparation work areas. It is fully equipped with quality appliances including Nespresso coffee maker, electric oven and hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator-freezer and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils necessary for the self-catering holiday. A washing machine is located under the stairs from the outside terrace.

Master suite with kingsize bed, large double-glazed patio doors opening on to the Mediterranean-style lower garden with lovely sea views. Behind the entrance to the bedroom is a dressing area and fitted teak wardrobes, luxury ensuite bathroom with large walk-in fully-tiled shower, WC, bidet, wash basins and a feature bath in the centre of the room.

Two further guest bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and patio doors providing access to the same garden area as the master bedroom. These rooms are served by a family bathroom with WC and walk-in shower.

There is also a small gym room with a limited range of weights and equipment.

Sliding doors from the living and dining area open to the lovely infinity pool and outside dining terraces. The terraces provide spacious areas for sunbathing, tables for parking the sun-downers and a separate area for the exterior dining table and chairs. Shade is provided by large parasols, plus there is also a quality gas-fired barbecue.
