Casa Orana, 4beds s’Algar

Casa Orana is a stylish and modern fully air-conditioned four-bed/four-bath villa enjoying stunning sea views and located close to the centre of the popular resort of s’Algar on Menorca’s south-east coast. The villa is located just 50 metres from the sea and the Mediterranean is in full view from almost the whole house.

Entrance into the villa is via the large living room area, which boasts comfortable settees positioned around a large widescreen Smart TV (which is linked to the villa wifi and offers IPTV channels). Patio doors lead from the living room out to a large covered dining terrace with table and chairs for eight.

Just off the living room is a newly installed kitchen/dining area, offering everything needed for a self-catering holiday. It has an integrated electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, air fryer, Tassimo coffee maker, SodsStream, ice maker, kettle, toaster, Nutribullet blender and American-style fridge freezer. Off this room is a large utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Three of the villa’s four bedrooms are located on the ground floor:

• Two twin bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has a recently refurbished ensuite shower room comprising walk-in shower, wc and vanity unit, while the other twin has the use of a separate large shower room with walk-in shower
• A large double bedroom, again with fitted wardrobes and a newly installed ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, wc and vanity unit

The master bedroom is found upstairs and is accessed via a grand spiral staircase. It offers the most beautiful of views out across the sea, with large windows showcasing the Mediterranean vista and French doors out to a very large and very private terrace with rattan table and chairs, wicker chairs and two sun loungers. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with recently installed walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The villa is set in a very private plot with large hedges to provide privacy. At the rear is a 10x4m swimming pool with roman step as well as ladder access; the pool can he heated if required, at extra cost. There is a lovely terrace area surrounding it and also a brick-built barbecue, sun loungers and chairs in which to relax. There is an outdoor shower.

The villa has been fully refurbished to an extremely high standard throughout with all the mod cons you would expect from a luxury villa, including air conditioning throughout.

Casa Orana is a 10-minute walk from the resort’s centre square with its small supermarket and popular restaurant. There is no beach at s’Algar – the nearest small beach is at Cala Alcaufar (25 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car). The resort of Punta Prima with its large beach is a 10-minute drive.
