Villa Luz Port Addaya

Villa Luz is a very comfortable, light and airy, stylish and spacious air-conditioned home located centrally in the charming village of Port Addaya, a short drive from the beaches of Arenal and Son Parc. It sleeps up to eight in four air-conditioned bedrooms, and offers a lovely (optionally heated) private swimming pool.

Three of the villa’s four bedrooms are upstairs and each of them opens on to a large sun terrace which offers views of the port and countryside as well as a couple of cushioned sun loungers and some comfy chairs:

• air-conditioned master bedroom with superking double bed, TV with IPTV channels and ensuite bathroom
• air-conditioned double bedroom with superking bed and TV with UK satellite channels
• air-conditioned twin bedroom with two single beds which can be zipped together if desired to form a double
• a large family bathroom

Lower-level accommodation comprises:

• air-conditioned twin bedroom with TV (UK satellite channels) and two single beds which can be zipped together if desired to form a double
• a shower room
• large air-conditioned living room with comfortable sofa seating around a wood-burning stove and TV, DVD and Bose audio system. Wifi is available throughout the house
• dining area with glass-topped dining table
• modern fitted kitchen with ceramic electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and coffee maker
• large garden room adjoining the living room with five sets of bi-fold doors which open on to the garden and pool area; large teak dining table to seat 10 and comfortable armchairs, ceiling fans

A few steps from the garden room is the colourful Mediterranean courtyard garden with its 9x4m private pool which can be heated (additional cost). There are six pool loungers and four reclining cushioned chairs. There’s an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a clothes drying area.

Addaya is a quiet residential village with a small selection of resrtaurants just five minutes walk from Villa Luz. The resort of Arenal d’en Castell with its beautiful beach and many shops and restaurants is a six-minute drive away.
