Villa Palmera Punta Prima

Villa Palmera is a pretty and spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa located just five minutes walk from the lovely beach of Punta Prima and its shops, bars and restaurants. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and the villa has its own private pool, barbecue area, and WiFi.

The property is located in a residential street with light, one-way traffic and offers private parking for one car as well as plentiful on-street parking.

The entrance hallway leads down to into a dining area with a table and chairs for six. A step down takes you to the large living area with settee and TV offering some English freeview channels. There is also a traditional wood fire, ideal for the cooler months of the season.

Off the dining area is the kitchen with fitted units and marble-topped work surfaces. It has a gas hob and integrated oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils necessary for a self-catering holiday. There is also a breakfast bar with three stools. Off the kitchen is a handy utility room containing a rinser, washing machine and dryer.

On this floor you will find two of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The double bedroom has a double bed, integrated wardrobes and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a bath (shower over), a wash basin and WC.

The second bedroom is a large twin (which can be prepared as a double), again with integrated wardrobes. This bedroom has the use of a family bathroom with a large walk-in shower, vanity basin and WC.

Upstairs is the large master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. You can also access a small roof terrace/balcony from here with views out over the stunning gardens.

Outside the property is a large covered terrace area, accessible from the downstairs bedrooms as well as the living room and kitchen. There is a dining table and chairs under the terrace. There are also two comfy settees on which to relax and unwind.

Down the steps from the terrace is the swimming pool (8m x 4m) with roman-step access. There’s plenty of space around the pool for sunbathing. There is also a brick built barbecue under another covered terrace as well as a further dining table and seating area.
