Villa Guillermo is an attractive villa less than 10 minutes walk from Binibeca’s lovely beach and resort amenities. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms and a lovely private pool.

The villa is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac, ensuring there will be no nuisance from passing traffic. You enter via a large gate which provides secure access to the villa’s grounds and great privacy. There is a driveway with parking for your hire car.

Beyond the shady front terrace with its comfortable seating are French doors into the main living room. This is equipped with comfortable sofas and a small dining table. There is a flatscreen TV and internet wifi.

The living and sleeping accommodation is all on the ground floor, comprising:

• Modern fitted kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven
• Master double bedroom with air-conditioning, king-size bed, wardrobes, ceiling fan, ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, vanity basin and lavatory

The pool terrace is to the rear of the property and has ample sunloungers and a shade-giving pergola. The pool is 8x4m and has roman-step access. There is a small private roof terrace offering distant views of the Mediterranean.

It’s an eight-minute walk down the gentle hill to Cala Torret and its multitude of bars and restaurants, shops and aquatic diversions. The beach is a couple of minutes further on.
