Alta Mar apartment in Son Bou

This pleasant two-bed/two-bathroom apartment is situated in the popular Alta Mar complex (block B) in a superb position overlooking the resort of Son Bou. It enjoys the most spectacular sea views from its terrace.

The accommodation comprises…
Large sitting room with sofas, coffee table, DVD player (no TV channels), and doors to terrace. This room can easily accommodate a ‘zed bed’ if required for a child (supplement applies). There is wifi inernet.

Off this room, to the left, is the kitchen with oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and all necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday.

Also off the living area, to the right, is the main bathroom, which is beautifully fitted and has a large walk-in ‘wetroom’-style shower.

At the other end of the apartment is a further bathroom and main bedroom with king-size bed and a twin room with two single beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ample wardrobes.

The very large terrace has a wrought iron gate at the entrance, sun loungers and table and chairs for outdoor dining; there is a portable barbecue. The views down to the beach are superb.

All apartments on this complex share a large swimming pool with attached children’s shallow pool. Please note that this facility is not immediately adjacent to the apartment but is a short walk away.

There are a number of steps leading down to the apartment entrance from the main road and parking area, and those with mobility problems must take this into account. Once in the apartment, everything is on one level.

A hire car is recommended due to the elevated position of the apartment – there are steep steps leading directly down to the resort, or it is possible to walk a more circuitous route along the road. Either way, it’s a hike back up!
