4-bed Villa Cley, Son Bou

Beautiful Villa Cley in the Torre Soli area of Menorca’s premier beach resort of Son Bou has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and is a welcome addition to our portfolio for the peak and late summer 2026 season.

With four air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and two twins), Villa Cley offers superb accommodation for up to eight discerning guests, with arguably the best sea views in the resort thanks to its elevated position.

It’s a two-storey villa with the upper floor given over to the sumptuous master bedroom suite with its king-size bed, fabulous glass-walled covered terrace with panoramic views and luxury loungers, separate living space with settee and TV, and spacious ensuite bathroom complete with walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub.

The other three bedrooms are on the ground floor, each of them beautifully finished and with their own ensuite shower rooms.

The open-plan living/dining/kitchen area features comfortable seating, Smart TV connected to the house wifi system, dining table and chairs, breakfast bar and modern fitted kitchen with double-door American-style fridge/freezer, wine cooler, oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven and blender. There’s an aircon unit in the kitchen area and ceiling fans throughout the living space.

Wide-opening French doors bring the outside into the living space and provides direct access to the south-facing pool terrace, with its sea views and comfortable sunloungers. The ‘infinity’ private pool measures 10x5m and has Roman steps for ease of access. There’s a covered outside dining area with cooling fans and sidescreens, too – the ideal spot for alfresco lunches and dinners.

Villa Cley’s elevated position at the top of the resort makes a hire car a vital accompaniment. You can walk to the beach in about 30 minutes, but it’s a big hill to climb on the way back!
