Villa Antonio, Punta Prima

Villa Antonio is a traditional six-bedroom, three-bathroom villa situated on a quiet road in the popular resort of Punta Prima, within a short walk of the family friendly beach and the bars, restaurants and shops. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning and the villa has its own private pool, barbecue area, as well as wifi.

The main door leads into a large open-plan living/dining room furnished with a large curved leather sofa, flat-screen TV with some English-language channels and DVD player. There is a dining table which seats six.

Off the dining area is the spacious kitchen with fitted units and marble-topped work surfaces. It has a gas hob and integrated oven, large fridge-freezer, drinks fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils necessary for a self-catering holiday.

On the lower floor you will find three of the bedrooms and all three of the bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, integrated wardrobes and a spacious ensuite bathroom with bath (and shower over), two washbasins and wc.

The second bedroom is a large twin (the beds can be pushed together to form a double), again with integrated wardrobes. The third bedroom on the ground floor is a single, with one single bed and a free-standing wardrobe.

These two bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity basin and wc.

There is also a useful utility room on this floor, with a washing machine and sink. From the utility room you will find a small shower room with sink and WC. This shower room can also be accessed from outside.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, two with twin beds and one twin/double (where the beds can be pushed together to form a double), all with plenty of storage space. Please note that there are no bathrooms on the upper floor. From the upper floor it is possible to access a small roof terrace with stunning sea views and a perfect view of the Isla Del Rey.

Outside the villa is a large covered terrace area accessed from the living area through patio doors, which provides shade all day. There is a large dining table and chairs under the terrace for dining.

Down steps from the terrace is the 10x4m private swimming pool with roman step access. There is plenty of space around the pool for sunbathing. There is also a brick-built barbecue under another covered terrace as well as a further dining table and seating area.

In Low, Mid and High seasons it is possible to rent Villa Antonio’s lower floor only, to sleep a maximum of five people.
