La Sirena, 5 beds s’Algar

La Sirena is a spectacular recently built villa in the lovely resort of s’Algar on Menorca’s south-east coast. With its frontline line position overlooking the Mediterranean the views from all around the house are stunning, not least from from the huge roof terrace. It is a short stroll into the main resort area where there is a good choice of restaurants, bars and the recently opened beach club resort. Many of the island’s lovely beaches are a short drive away.

This luxury fully air-conditioned villa has five bedrooms (four doubles and one twin), all of which have ensuite bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, and all are all finished and furnished to the highest levels.

The property is entered directly into a spacious open-plan living/dining room furnished with sofas, chairs, coffee tables and a TV with internet channels.

The modern kitchen features quality fitted units and attractive grey stone work surfaces. The kitchen has a fitted microwave, oven and coffee machine. There is also a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and large American fridge freezer. There is a dining table to comfortably seat 10, and from the dining area are patio doors leading to an outdoor dining area with table and chairs, and the large pool and terrace area.

Just off the kitchen is a service area with laundry room housing washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board and iron.

From the lounge there is a large glazed terrace with comfortable seating areas from which to take in the sea views. There is also a large courtyard to the rear of the lounge with added seating areas to chill out. From this courtyard there are steps up to a magical roof terrace covering the whole area of the house, and from here you get some of the most stunning sea views possible.

The villa is set in a very private plot with large hedges surrounding it to provide privacy. To the front is a 9x4m swimming pool with roman steps and a lovely terrace area surrounding. There is a brick barbecue, sunloungers, chairs in which to relax and enjoy the shade as well as plenty of sunbathing areas around the pool. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim.

The whole property is air-conditioned and decorated with exquisite taste and all the bedrooms are spacious. This really is a unique property where you will be able to enjoy a really special holiday.
