Casa San Andrea is an attractive house situated a few minutes walk from a popular supermarket and a few good restaurants in S’Uestra, near Sant Lluis. The beaches of Binibeca and Binisafua are approximately four minutes drive from the house, as is the town of Sant Lluís.

Exterior
The property has been constructed with attention to detail using traditional materials to recreate, with modern comfort, the typical Menorcan style farmhouse. The gardens are spacious, about 11,000 sq m, and the pool is situated to the east of the house and measures approximately 10.5x5m. The grounds are full of olive trees and there are many quiet areas where you can sit in the shade and relax beside a grassed area. There is an outside WC and a built-in BBQ.
