Casa San Andrea is an attractive house situated a few minutes walk from a popular supermarket and a few good restaurants in S’Uestra, near Sant Lluis. The beaches of Binibeca and Binisafua are approximately four minutes drive from the house, as is the town of Sant Lluís.
The property has been constructed with attention to detail using traditional materials to recreate, with modern comfort, the typical Menorcan style farmhouse. The gardens are spacious, about 11,000 sq m, and the pool is situated to the east of the house and measures approximately 10.5x5m. Both entrances to the pool area are gated. The grounds are full of olive trees and there are many quiet areas where you can sit in the shade and relax beside a grassed area. There is an outside WC and a built-in BBQ.
The house itself has, on the ground floor, a well equipped kitchen which has dishwasher and microwave, oven/hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. It looks on to the front terrace and is next to the spacious living room which opens on to the terrace. There is an air-conditioned master double bedroom and two twin bedrooms (each equipped with ceiling fan), a full bathroom and a shower room. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, and a cloakroom.
Upstairs there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom and a terrace with good views.
There is also a security safe and wifi internet.
An annexe building offers separate sleeping accommodation for a couple, with a double bed, living room, bathroom and kitchenette.
This villa offers a great location for a family holiday with lots of space and a large pool while still being very close to all the south-east coast beaches and towns.

About Sant Lluis
Founded in 1761 by the French, Sant Lluis is an attractive small town of narrow streets. A small bypass runs around its perimeter and the town is pretty, quiet and quaint and well worth a visit. Its famous feature is the gaily painted blue and white windmill – the Moli de Dalt. In the main street, Carrer Sant Lluis, the church tower dominates the skyline. Shops in Sant Lluis are traditional and eating out is varied and good value. Highly recommended is La Rueda, just down from the windmill, which offers some of the best tapas in the island. A couple of kilometres outside Sant Lluis, on the Es Castell road, are the wonderful Biniarroca Hotel Rural and St Joan de Binissaida
