Villa Suenos Santo Tomas

The beautiful family beach of Santo Tomas is a five-minute walk from lovely three-bedroomed Villa Suenos, which is located in a quiet residential area of the resort. The house is surrounded by attractive gardens and features an inviting private swimming pool.

Arranged over a single level, entrance to the villa is via the comfortably furnished living room, which has a DVD player with small library of titles and a Samsung Smart TV. Adjacent is the kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and oven with ceramic hob. Beyond the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, wc and sink.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom can be made up as a double or a twin and has fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower over the bath tub, washbasin vanity unit with illuminated mirror, WC, bidet, electric towel rail and hair dryer. There is also a Smart TV.

The second bedroom has fitted wardrobes and is equipped with twin beds. Its ensuite bathroom has large shower enclosure, washbasin vanity unit with illuminated mirror, WC, electric towel rail and hair dryer.

The third bedroom has a Sofabed and is suitable for use by a child or teenager.

There is also a newly installed separate shower room, bringing the number of bathrooms to three.

Outside there is a large mature garden, and garden furniture and sunbeds to go around the 32sq m private pool with roman step access; there is a barbecue and outdoor eating area. The pool is now equipped with a child safety fence which can be erected on request for the duration of your stay.

Wifi internet access is provided as well as a safety deposit box, and there is off-road parking available.
