Villa description
Situated in the pretty resort of Port Addaya, Casa Luna is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is in a superb location for a relaxing family holiday. Just a few minutes walk from the supermarket and bar/restaurants, if offers a relaxing location while still being close to the larger resorts of Arenal d’en Castell and Son Parc.
The majority of accommodation is on the ground floor. From the entrance hall there is a comfortable open-plan living/dining room with TV connected to IPTV channels via the house wifi internet. Sliding doors lead out to the covered dining terrace and pool area. This terrace can be closed off with a ‘clearview’ wind screen if needed.
The fully fitted kitchen has dishwasher, oven/ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and full complement of crockery/cutlery and utensils. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine.
Two of the bedrooms are on this floor, one air-conditioned double and one air-conditioned twin, both sharing a full family bathroom. The master double bedroom, also air-conditioned, is on the first floor and has an ensuite full bathroom and fully fitted wardrobes. This room also has balconies to the front and rear, the front with a distant sea view.
The villa is set in pretty, mature grounds with lots of Mediterranean shrubs with both shady and sunny spots. It is very private with virtually no overlooked areas. The 8×4.25m swimming pool with roman step access has sunbathing terraces around, with loungers plus an outdoor dining table and chairs, and BBQ.
Highly recommended, this villa is a very comfortable home from home for a relaxing family holiday.

About Port Addaya
Puerto Addaya is a small, quiet and pleasant resort-cum-residential pueblo, with several bar-restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Although it does not have its own beach (and therefore fewer crowds and commercialisation), it does have a pretty yacht marina and some dramatic views, and an excellent choice of first class beaches and resorts within five or 10 minutes drive, including Arenal d’en Castell, Son Parc (which also is home to the island’s golf course), Son Saura, Na Macaret and Fornells Playa
