Casa Lola Binibeca

We are pleased to have been selected by the owners of lovely Casa Lola in Binibeca to bring their property to the open rental market for the first time. Located just 10 minutes walk from Binibeca beach, Casa Lola enjoys a perfect position in the popular resort and is set in fabulous and very private landscaped gardens. The property sleeps up to eight people in four large air-conditioned bedrooms.

At Casa Lola’s heart is its beautiful pool area with 10x4m private pool, which features both roman-step and ladder access. This is surrounded by an extensive terrace area and is screened from view by bruc fencing and more than 200 trees and bushes around the property, including three superb palms, olive trees, hibiscus, oleanders, bougainvillea, bignonia and pittosporum, which are lovingly tended by the owners, one of whom is a qualified horticulturist. The gardens are illuminated at night, as is the pool itself. There are quality sunbeds for poolside lounging and several small side-tables and other reclining and easy chairs.

Outdoor dining is very well catered for, with two barbecues – one near the pool and the other in the detached ‘round house’ by the sculpture court, where guests can dine and drink and admire the owners’ collection of outdoor artworks. If shade is sought for midday dining there is a large wooden dining table and chairs in the villa’s covered terrace, outside the sitting room.

There is also a roof garden with succulent plants and a table and chairs: it’s a favourite place for pre-prandial drinks and also doubles as an excellent clothes drying area.

Inside the house there is a large (42sq m) living room with comfortable four- and three-person settees and four armchairs, two coffee tables, a television, which receives all UK and Irish channels (with two-week playback) and a sound receiver with stereo speakers, as well as a baby grand piano. There is wifi internet throughout the property.

Just off the living space is the kitchen, well equipped with oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, air-fryer, dishwasher, sinks with mixer tap, kettle, toaster, coffee and teapots, full sets of pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery, high quality cupboards, designer chairs and solid granite worktops.

There is a separate utility area inside the back door, under the stairs to the roof garden, which contains the washing machine, which, like much of the kitchen equipment, is recently bought.

The four air-conditioned bedrooms range in size from 17.4sq m to 12.2sq m. One has a queen-size bed, freestanding wardrobe and chest of drawers. Two have double beds and built-in wardrobes, and one has twin beds with built-in wardrobe. All have bedside cabinets and lamps, and two of the bedrooms have desks and chairs.

There are two large bathrooms, both with walk-in showers, WCs and basins. One also has a bidet. WCs, basins and bidet are all by Jacob Delafon. One bathroom is ensuite to the main bedroom but is readily accessible from the other bedrooms.

Location-wise, Casa Lola is ideally placed, not only close to the beach but also 10 minutes on foot from the sophisticated eateries of Cala Torret, as well as the well-stocked supermarket and bakery.
