This recently built stylish five-bedroom property, Villa Marisa, offers exceptional comfort and style as well as proximity to the fabulous beach at Son Bou and all the resort’s many amenities. There are spectacular views from its living and outdoor areas in what is a truly privileged setting.

The villa spreads over three floors:

Main floor
There is a beautiful living room, furnished with large and comfortable settees, TV with some UK channels via IPTV, and wifi internet.

The adjoining open-plan kitchen offers swish modern fittings and all the crockery and equipment you would expect to find, as well as large US-style fridge/freezer, microwave, and modern oven/hob. There is a separate utility room with washing machine which leads out on to the outdoor dining terrace. It’s a very practical space for summer dining thanks to its fixed awnings which give plenty of shade.

Also on this floor there are two twin bedrooms, one situated off the hallway with a separate bathroom, and the other, slightly larger and with an ensuite bathroom, with direct access to the terrace.

First floor
Here are the two master bedrooms, each with stunning sea views and terraces. The first master has a double bed and a lovely ensuite bathroom which offers unique sea views from the shower. The second master bedroom also has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, as well as a walk-in wardrobe. This room also has direct access to the terrace with equally beautiful sea views.

All of the bedrooms in Villa Marisa have a TV, a hair dryer and independent air conditioning, also the two master rooms each have a safe.

Lower ground floor
The separate fifth twin bedroom makes a great away-from-it-all spot for teens, grandparents or nanny, and has an ensuite bathroom; it is accessed via an external door from the pool area. Also on this lower level there is a further separate bathroom.

The 10x5m private ‘infinity effect’ swimming pool offers roman step access and is surrounded by a fabulous terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Beyond the pool there is a mini outdoor play area to entertain the children, equipped with mini golf and a net for mini football, tennis, or badminton. The exterior of the villa is surrounded by garden and flower beds and has steps from the main entrance straight down to the pool.

The villa is handily located in the lower part of San Jaime and is within 10 minutes walk of Son Bou beach and the centre of the resort with its many bars, restaurants and shops.
