Casa Jasmine in Binidali

Ee are delighted to welcome Casa Jasmine back to our portfolio for summer 2026 after an absence of several years.

Jasmine is a beautiful air-conditioned property situated in a much sought-after area within 15 minutes walk of the beautiful sandy cove of Binidali. The main house has five bedrooms to sleep up to 10 people.

The villa is all on one level and has a fully enclosed garden – ideal for children – with entrance via an electrically operated gate. It enjoys lovely sea views from the terrace.

Exterior features
The villa is surrounded by a private enclosed garden with a total plot size of 1200 sq metres; there are grassed areas on three sides, and parking for up to three vehicles. The swimming pool measures 9x4m and has roman-step access. Pool heating is available for June bookings, at additional cost, and there is pool fencing optionally available for child safety.

Around the pool there is a large sunbathing deck, and there are shaded covered terraces around the house for sitting and dining, as well as a roof terrace from which to enjoy the spectacular sea views.

There is a barbecue in the garden, also a table tennis table.

While the beach and its famous bar are within walking distance of the villa, and there is a small family restaurant in the resort also, a hire car is essential here. The nearest shops are in the village of Sant Climent, about six minutes by car. There are a range of options for shopping and dining in the nearby resort of Binibeca, which is less than 10 minutes away by car.
