Villa Hermitage Binisafua

Gorgeous Villa Hermitage was a favourite of the Travel Menorca portfolio for many years. Now it is available once again for rental with us, transformed into a highly desirable and entirely renovated four-bedroomed, fully air-conditioned family home. With its elevated position Hermitage offers lovely sea views and is located 12 minutes walk from the charming beach at Binisafua.

The villa is positioned on a larger-than-average 1200sq m plot at the end of a cul de sac. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and there’s a large sunbathing terrace from which guests can admire the sea views in between dips in the 8x4m private swimming pool. There’s a poolside bar area with a stone barbecue, adjacent to a pergola offering shaded dining. The lower garden level features a generous grass lawn, ideal for families with children.

Inside, Villa Hermitage spans two floors and combines spaciousness with comfort. On the ground floor, the open-plan living and dining area seamlessly connects to a well equipped kitchen. There are three twin bedrooms (one of which can be made up as a double) on the lower floor, plus two family bathrooms with double sinks and walk-in showers. The upper level hosts the master double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. All the bedrooms and the main living space are fitted with air conditioning units. There is also a roof terrace with stunning sea views accessible from the top floor.

The villa is equipped with high-speed internet, Smart TV, washing machine, hairdryers, and all the usual kitchen appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. Off-road parking is available.

There are some small bar/restaurants in Binisafua within 10 minutes walk of the villa but there is no supermarket in the resort. To get to the closest shops you will require a car to whip around to the larger resort of Binibeca.
