Adriana apartment Son Bou

This apartment is the top floor of our lovely Son Bou villa, Adriana, and is available as a one-bedroom, two-person let in the Early and Late seasons. It offers all the advantages of villa living – including a large private pool – in a compact and cost-effective package.

For bookings in April/May and late September through October, Adriana apartment clients will have the exclusive use of the pool.

Adriana is an attractive property set in a quiet location on the hillside of San Jaime with stunning views down to Son Bou beach. It is bright and airy and an ideal location for a relaxing holiday.

The property is located within 10 minutes walk of a supermarket and restaurant, with the resort’s main centre, and of course the lovely beach of Son Bou, around 15 minutes stroll away.

There are 15 steps up from road level to the villa’s ground-floor area, and a further 10 steps up take you to the pool terrace, screened from the road and private yet with stunning views out across the resort. The pool is 10×4 metres and has both roman step access and a ladder. There are eight sunloungers and parasols for shade, as well as a poolside shower.

The first floor annexe suite is accessed by external stairs (with nine steps) from the pool area. The entry door leads into a newly refurbished air-conditioned kitchen area with fitted units, oven/hob, fridge-freezer, microwave oven and full complement of cooking utensils and crockery. The kitchen area has a Smart TV with English channels, and there is internet access.

The enormous air-conditioned master bedroom has a king-sized bed and sliding patio doors out to a full-length terrace offering even grander views out over the resort to the sea. There’s a comfortable small sofa and a bookshelf with a large paperback lending library, as well as plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.

Just off the kitchen area is the shower room with wc and vanity unit.

Upper Suite guests have full use of the barbecue area on the ground-floor level. Please note that the upper and lower suites are never rented to separate parties at the same time, so use of the swimming pool remains exclusive.
