Villa description
We’ve access to three identical three-bedroom villas next door to each other in the Torre Soli area of Menorca’s foremost beach resort, Son Bou. They are situated 20 minutes walk from the lovely beach and the resort’s bustling centre, and in season there’s a quality restaurant and decent supermarket open locally, each within 10 minutes stroll.
The villas all have the same layout, with an 8x4m private swimming pool (ladder step access) in the front garden. The outdoor space is pleasant, with a tiled pool surround and sunloungers, as well as a small lawned area. There’s a barbecue and outside dining area with pergola.
Accommodation comprises:
- Open-plan living/dining area with comfortable seating, TV and wifi, and dining table
- Adjoining kitchen with oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven
- Master double bedroom with air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room
- Two twin air-conditioned bedrooms with fitted wardrobes
- Separate shower room

Our opinion
About Son Bou
The popular family resort of Son Bou boasts the longest beach in Menorca. Some 2 miles (3km) of pale golden sand is sandwiched between a pair of rocky headlands. The eastern end of the beach is usually busy and has lots of bars, restaurants and watersports but, as you walk west, the beach becomes wilder, and quieter. Son Bou has all you need for a seaside holiday: opportunities for safe swimming, windsurfing, pedaloes and water-skiing plus entertainment. Club San Jaime will keep children occupied with its water chute while adults can relax in the landscaped gardens with cool drink
