Villa Marcris Binisafua

Villa Marcris is an all-on-one-level villa in Binisafua on Menorca’s south-eastern coast; it has three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms and enjoys distant sea views. Charming Binisafua beach is within 10 minutes walk, as are a couple of restaurants.

The property is entered through traditional wooden Menorcan gates into a spacious private driveway, and then a few steps up on to the large pool terrace area. The pool is 8x4m and has roman steps. There are six sunbeds on the pool terrace, which is surrounded by mature gardens.

Overlooking the pool is a lovely shady pergola with a large circular sofa and table, a great area in which to take a break from the sun and relax. You will also find outside a covered outdoor dining area and, to the side of the villa, a brick-built barbecue and a further covered dining area.

Inside there’s a large living area with sofas, a TV with IPTV for English and European channels received by the villa wifi system, behind this, a large, open-plan dining area with table and chairs for six. Off the lounge and dining area is fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave and all the crockery and utensils necessary for a self-catering holiday.

Off the lounge/dining area, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned. The master bedroom has a queen-size double bed and fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite with bath and shower over, WC and bidet. The Master Bedroom also has French doors which open out on to the pool and terraces.

Next to the master is a good-sized twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and next to this is a large double bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. There is a separate family bathroom, again with bath and shower attachment, WC and sink.

A hire car is necessary for renters of this villa – the nearest supermarkets are in Binibeca or Sant Climent, both of which are a 10-minute drive.
