This imposing villa is situated in the residential resort of Cala Llonga and overlooks the Port of Mahon and Isla del Rey. Spectacular views can be enjoyed from both the pool and upper terraces.
The villa is built on two levels with accommodation comprising:
- Open-plan kitchen/dining room with built-in oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and full compliment of utensils for self catering. Dining table and chairs plus doors to main pool terrace
- Spacious air-conditioned living room with L-shaped sofa, armchairs, coffee table and DVD player with monitor. Doors lead out to an upper terrace running the length of the villa, with wonderful sea views
- Master double bedroom with ensuite shower room
- Double bedroom
- Twin bedroom with two single beds

- Full family bathroom
- All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have fully fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps
The villa is approached by steps up from the road, leading to the pool terrace with sun loungers, dining table and chairs plus a large built-in BBQ. The 13x3m swimming pool has roman step access and safety cover. Please note that the main pool has a uniform depth of 5ft – there is no ‘shallow end’. There is also a small children’s pool, and safety fencing for both pools is available at extra cost.

Cala Rata, Sant Antoni & Cala Llonga are exclusive and sought-after areas of private villas nestling on low hills on the north shore of Mahon harbour, and are home to some of the largest and most prestigious real estate in Menorca. Cala Llonga now has its own supermarket, which offers a delivery service. The nearest bars and restaurants are in Mahon; its port and marina are 10 minutes by car. The nearest beach is the lovely natural sandy cove of Sa Mesquida, five minutes by car
