Villa description

A spacious and well-equipped villa with fantastic outside facilities, Binidali 171 offers complete privacy within its spacious grounds, which boast a large swimming pool, stunning garden and a large outdoor kitchen.

The villa is set in spacious, landscaped gardens with extensive lawns in a totally private setting in the pretty area of Binidali, close to Mahon and within the south-east ‘golden triangle´ of resorts. All the accommodation is on one level. Panoramic sea views can be enjoyed from the villa, especially from the huge rooftop sunbathing area. There is a beautiful sandy cove within five minutes walking distance (please note that there are a number of steps down to the beach). A hire car is vital here in order to get to the shops and restaurants in neighbouring towns.

There is air conditioning and heating in every room, including passageways and bathrooms, ensuring that guests are comfortable during the whole season.

Entry to the house is via an open-plan entrance hall which leads to the lounge/diner and kitchen and master suite.

The large kitchen has granite worktops and island and is well equipped, with electric oven, five-ring gas hob, two fully integrated dishwashers, large American-style fridge/freezer, separate wine fridge, microwave, Nutribullet, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

The open-plan living/dining room has a wooden vaulted ceiling and sliding glass doors on either side which allow plenty of natural light into the property and provides access to the terraces. There are large sofas, an open fireplace and a dining table that can comfortably seat 10. The dining area has patio doors leading to an open-air courtyard.

Leading on from the living/dining room is a study/library area allowing another quiet area to relax. From here you can access a TV room with flat-screen TV, Bose surround sound, IPTV, DVD player and iPod music system which serves the whole house and pool area.

Bedroom 1, the master suite, is located at one end of the property. This has a superking-size bed, fitted wardrobes, dual aspect patio doors, a dressing area and sofa. In the spacious ensuite is a double vanity unit, walk-in double shower and sunken spa bath.

At the other end of the property are:

Bedroom 2 with three single beds, ensuite shower room, flat screen TV, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading on to pool terrace

Bedroom 3 with king-size bed and ensuite shower room, fitted wardrobes

Bedroom 4 with double bed, ensuite shower room, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to pool terrace

Large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer which leads to two further bedrooms:

Bedroom 5, a children’s room fitted with bunkbeds and

Bedroom 6, a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to pool terrace.

Outside there is a covered terrace area with electric fans situated next to the 15x5m private swimming pool (which can be heated if desired, at extra cost) with roman-step access. The outdoor terrace and garden area is tastefully landscaped and a lovely place to sunbathe and swim during the heat of the day and also from which to enjoy the evenings. There is a covered outside kitchen and dining area featuring dishwasher, ice maker, chiller cabinets, gas BBQ plus drinking water fountain.

There is a shower room with lavatory which can be accessed directly from the pool area.

For the 2019 season, all rentals will include maid service and linen change every 3/4 days.

We can’t recommend this villa highly enough. The facilities go beyond those normally offered within the rental market and the lucky clients who choose to spend their holiday at this villa will not be disappointed

About Binidali

Binidali is a quiet and typically Menorquin village on the south-east coast, very residential in nature and without any major tourist facilities. The charming little sandy cove at Binidali is accessed via steps (tricky to negotiate for those with limited mobility) from a small parking area above. The cliff-lined cove is stunning in its beauty and its waters a gorgeous shade of turquoise; great for snorkelling. There is a little bar on the road above the beach, perfect for sundowners, but the nearest restaurants are in Binisafua and Binibeca, 5-10 minutes by car. There is a well-stocked supermarket in the small town of Sant Climent, around seven minutes drive
