Very few Menorca properties enjoy views as stunning as those of Casa Roc, which is perched frontline above the rocks in beautiful Binibeca, a short walk from the beach. The Mediterranean is even closer – a few steps across the rocks and you can access the sea via a ladder into the waves.
Though compact, Casa Roc sleeps four people in comfort – there is a spacious double bedroom with ensuite shower room as well as a twin bedroom; both have ceiling fans. In addition to the master bedroom’s ensuite there is a separate shower room with wc.
The main living space features a small but well equipped fitted kitchen area with oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker and plenty of utensils and crockery. Beyond the breakfast bar is the sitting area with large and comfortable settee, a small dining table and a flatscreen TV with DVD player (and a movie library) plus internet TV channels; there is wifi internet access throughout.
French doors lead from the living area to a tiled, partially shaded terrace with ample room for sunbeds and a dining table to seat four. Beyond the terrace are the rugged rocks leading to the sea, complete with uninterrupted ocean views. To one side of the house is a ‘garden area’ with artificial grass and a brick-built barbecue. The other side of Casa Roc boasts a pergola for shady seating; on the roof is a tiled sunbathing or seating area offering the most breathtaking views.
There is a separate casita housing a washing machine and laundry facilities.
Casa Roc is situated down a small pedestrian walkway away from the main Binibeca thoroughfare (where there is plenty of free on-street parking). A well-stocked supermarket is two minutes walk away, as are a couple of well-rated bar/restaurants. The Binibeca Vell ‘fishing village’ is a six-minute walk; Binibeca beach is just 12 minutes on foot.
Because of the proximity of the sea and the nearby rocks, Casa Roc may be unsuitable for you if your children are small and/or too adventurous – please discuss with us before booking!

Very beautiful place! We had a perfect holiday
A friendly apartment with all the facilities you need. A very relaxing stay
The house is in an incredible spot and great for a couple or a family. We truly enjoyed our stay
Beautiful views, quiet place. House is very complete: every comfort for a nice stay. The cove behind the house is a great place to swim. BBQ on the terrace during sunset was unforgettable…
Lovely villa with great views
Everything was very functional, well organized, and we felt right at home. The view is unbeatable, the sound of the sea…
Binibeca is one of the most popular family resorts on Menorca’s south-east coast (the other being nearby Punta Prima) and, thanks to the lack of hotels and apartment complexes, it has a very ‘residential’ feel and a lot of villa accommodation along the coastal road and back up into the gentle hills behind. Binibeca beach is situated towards the eastern end of the resort and is a lovely sandy spot for families, with safe bathing for small ones, sunbeds for hire and a charming beach bar. At the furthest east of Binibeca is Cala Torret, a small village of whitewashed cottages surrounding the rocky coast and a popular boating slipway. There is a supermarket, a lovely café-cum-bakery and a number of bars and restaurants including Bar Paupa, right at the water’s edge. There’s a children’s playground here also, and a busy dive centre, and there are tennis courts nearby. If you walk westwards from Cala Torret, past the beach, you will come across a few distractions in the form of bars and restaurants, and a supermarket, before reaching the Binibeca Vell end of town, where you will find the ‘fishermen’s village’, built nearly 50 years ago, with its narrow, winding streets, whitewashed homes, supermarket and several lively bars and restaurants. From Cala Torret to Binibeca Vell is approximately 1.5km, or a gentle 15-minute stroll along the relatively level coastal road. There is a ‘road train’ during the summer months which plies between Binibeca and Punta Prima, and there is a regular bus service between the resort and the nearby towns of Sant Lluis and Mahon
