5-bed Villa Prestige in Son Bou

High in the San Jaime area, Villa Prestige enjoys great views of the resort and beach of Son Bou, the island’s largest and best.

The villa offers a complete range of facilities, with air-conditioning in all rooms, wifi internet and five large double/twin bedrooms, making them ideal for large families.

Stepping inside, on the first floor, you will find a large living area with big flat-screen TV (showing mostly international channels) connected to a games console. There is a dining area next to a modern open-plan kitchen, well equipped and with access to a practical washing room. Throughout the first floor there are large windows offering access to a spectacular terrace area with chill-out furniture and unique views of the Mediterranean.

Downstairs on the ground floor are the four main bedrooms, two with double beds and two each equipped with a pair of single beds; all have ensuite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom has an independent access from the pool terrace and has two single beds, an ensuite bathroom and a small kitchenette with fridge and sink.

The pool is 8x4m and features roman steps for easy access, and the poolside area is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, a chill-out area and a portable barbecue.

It is possible to walk down to the resort via nearby steps and to reach the beach within 15 minutes. However for those with mobility problems a car is recommended.
