4-bed Villa Leona Santo Tomas

Just five minutes stroll away from the lovely main beach in the ever-popular resort of Santo Tomas, Villa Leona is tucked away in an attractive residential area. Hidden by high hedges and nestling in mature gardens, the house sleeps seven within its four air-conditioned bedrooms and offers the unusual feature of an indoor swimming pool.

Approached via a private driveway offering off-road parking, the main door of Villa Leona leads to a long hallway running the length of the property. To the right is the large L-shaped kitchen, equipped with large fridge-freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, multiple base and wall cupboards, microwave oven. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, ironing board and iron.

The living room, with its separate dining area, is a good size. There are two large and comfortable settees and a large Smart TV with internet channels, fed by the high-speed fibre-optic wifi. The dining area has table and chairs for eight. There are french doors giving access to a large covered terrace area with table and chairs for eight people and some pretty garden views.

The private 7.5x4m swimming pool can be heated (at extra cost). The pool room has three large sliding patio doors which open up on to a sunbathing terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs, and there is a large BBQ nearby. At the edge of the pool room is a shower and cubicle to rinse off after use of the pool.

All four of the bedrooms are on the upper floor of the villa, and each is air-conditioned:

• A master double bedroom with access to south-facing terrace offering Mediterranean glimpses, and with spacious ensuite bathroom (bath with shower over, WC and bidet)
• Two twin-bedded rooms with access to terrace
• One single bedroom

There is a separate family bathroom on the upper floor, again with bath and shower over, WC and bidet. There is also a WC on the ground floor.

Santo Tomas offers much for a relaxing holiday, with a number of bars and restaurants, small shops, the busy main beach and the beautiful ‘virgin’ beach of Binigaus a short walk distant. A car is not absolutely necessary here but it’s a short and worthwhile drive to the nearby village of Es Migjorn Gran and the nearest large town, Ferreries. Mahon and the airport are roughly 30 minutes away by car.
