Alta Galdana Playa apartments

Located just 10 minutes walk from beautiful Cala Galdana beach, the Alta Galdana Playa apartments offer a great base for couples or a small family to enjoy one of Menorca’s most popular resorts.

There are 16 one-bedroom apartments in the Alta Galdana Playa complex, each unit offering simple, great value self-catering accommodation. There are eight apartments on the upper floor and eight apartments on the lower floor; they share a large communal pool and sun terrace.

Each apartment has one air-conditioned bedroom – some of the units have a double bed and in others there are two single beds. Travelcots are available on request and there is space in the bedroom to accommodate the cot. There is a wardrobe for hanging clothes.

The living area has an L-shaped sofa which can be used as a Sofabed for a child. Wifi internet is provided and there is a TV, offering mainly local channels. There’s a small dining table and French doors to a balcony with table/chairs and river views.

The kitchenette offers basic facilities to prepare meals: electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, capsule coffee machine (Nespresso-size pods), kettle and toaster with a small selection of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses.

There is a separate bath/shower room, with WC and washbasin.

Outside there is a large sun terrace surrounding the pool, equipped with sunbeds and a shaded seating area. There’s a barbecue area too. The 12×4.5m pool has ladder access and a separate splashpool area for kids.

It’s a level walk down to the main resort area with its many bars and restaurants but those with limited mobility should note that there are a number of steps up from street level to the property.
