Casa Ensueno is a charming and stylish country four-bedroom home in the tranquil village of Trebaluger, a short drive from Sant Lluis, Es Castell and Mahon. It features four air-conditioned bedrooms, four bathrooms and a large private pool.

The villa is tucked away in a cul-de-sac down a drystone-walled country lane and is entered via large gates which swing open to reveal an attractive garden area and – useful given the village setting – off-road parking for two vehicles.

The front door leads you into the kitchen and dining area, and thence the main living room. The kitchen features modern fitted units and preparation area with ceramic hob and oven, drinks fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher. There’s a small table for breakfasting in the dining area, which also has doors to the pool terrace. Just off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and fridge/freezer, and there is a WC also.

The living room is comfortably and stylishly finished with settee, chairs and coffee table, plus a Smart TV connected to the villa’s wifi internet to enable guests to watch their TV streaming accounts.

Off the living room is the first bedroom, with double bed, air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom – bath with shower over, vanity unit and wc.

A passage leads from the rear of the living room to a further two ground-floor bedrooms: an air-conditioned twin with fitted wardrobes and a double bedroom, again with aircon and fitted wardrobes as well as an ensuite shower room with wc. Adjacent the twin bedroom is a separate bathroom, equipped with a bath/shower over, wc, bidet and vanity unit.

The large master bedroom is upstairs and features a double bed, fitted wardrobes, aircon and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over, wc, vanity unit and bidet. There’s a door from the bedroom out to a private sunbathing terrace.

The swimming pool is 8x4m and features roman steps for easy access; it is surrounded by a sizeable terrace area for lounger-based sunbathing. If the sun is too much there’s a spacious covered terrace with comfortable seating as well as a lovely bougainvillea-bedecked shaded dining area with barbecue and kitchen area, a dining table to seat eight and comfy seating. The gardens are screened from the road by mature hedges, and there is a variety of well-tended Mediterranean shrubs and flowers.
