Casa Mares in Binibeca

Casa Mares is beautiful recently renovated four-bedroom villa located in the popular resort of Binibeca has plenty of space both inside and out to enjoy a relaxing family holiday. Its striking looks are thanks to the use of the famous and beautiful Balearic mares stone.

You enter the property into a spacious entrance hall which leads into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The large living room is separated from the dining area and kitchen with a stone archway. There are comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a large fireplace, a ceiling fan and a ‘Smart’ TV to permit access to your Netflix or Prime account via the villa’s wifi internet.

The dining area has a dining table and chairs, and patio doors leading out to the terrace. The air-conditioned kitchen is open plan and has a dishwasher, oven, electric hob, and fridge freezer plus all the crockery and cutlery that you will need for a self-catering holiday.

The master bedroom suite with double bed is entered via a spacious dressing room. It enjoys a sea view and boasts a modern and very individual bathroom in keeping with the traditional Menorcan style. This ensuite has a vanity unit, shower and wc.

There are two further bedrooms accessed from the entrance hall. Both have double beds and they share a bathroom, finished in the same style as the master ensuite. This bathroom has two sinks, a half bath with large shower, and wc.

Off the kitchen and reached via a short passageway is the fourth bedroom. This has a small double bed and ensuite bathroom with sink, large walk-in shower and wc. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. Please note, all the bedrooms are equipped with double beds, not twins.

Outside there is a terrace accessed from the dining area which offers plenty of shade and which has a large table for outdoor dining, as well as a corner sofa unit. There is an electric barbecue. From the terrace are steps leading down to a sunbathing area with large fixed daybeds which overlook the pool. There are additional steps down to the pool area where there are sunbeds and more space for sunbathing. The pool is 9x4m with Roman steps.

Steps lead up to a roof terrace with stunning sea views and an outside kitchen and dining table.

Whilst the house itself is all one level it is worth noting that there are quite a few steps outside to negotiate the different areas.

Casa Mares could not be better located – the many street bars and restaurants of the Binibeca Vell area are a seven-minute stroll away, and the picturesque little resort beach is 20 minutes on foot.
