The guest bedrooms
From the elegant entrance hall, three steps lead up to the main bedroom area, where four guest bedrooms can be found.
All of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities, air-conditioning and fans, and doors to the outer terrace. Beds can be made up as large singles or as king-size doubles. kings. On this level is also a separate cloakroom/WC.
The master bedroom
An elegant staircase leads up from the hallway to the master suite. The king-size bed is placed to offer views out to open sea. This beautiful suite opens on on to a large private balcony furnished with a built-in sofa and floor cushions, coffee table and easy chairs. The large ensuite bathroom has a free-standing bath, large walk-in shower and twin vanity sink unit. There is also a large custom-built wardrobe space plus TV with Netflix. This suite is a truly lovely relaxing space to enjoy.
The living area
The main living area is made for family enjoyment. From the double arched doors opening into the large living/kitchen/dining area, the room flows seamlessly to the outdoor pool and terrace overlooking the ocean. From every corner of this south-facing room you can see the blue ocean beyond. Glass doors disappear into the walls for the full effect of outdoor living. The house is fully air-conditioned and offers high-speed internet.
The kitchen and dining area
The modern concept kitchen area has subtle built-in appliances including a gas hob, double electric oven, warming oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and wine fridge. There is a serving window opening out on to the outdoor dining terrace with gas BBQ. The living area is furnished very tastefully with built-in lounging sofa, floor cushions, a large TV with satellite channels and Netflix, and stunning artwork.
The pool & outside living space
Outside, mares stone terraces surround the house and there are shrubs, almond, lemon and palm trees. Comfortable furniture is placed in many positions to enjoy the views. The 10x4m pool has built-in sun loungers and an electric safety cover.
The lower level of the home is reached by steps – it has been converted into a self-contained BBQ area with doors opening on to a grassy play area and direct access to the sea through a gate. The area has a firepit, small kitchen with fridge, indoor and outdoor seating and a cloakroom/WC/shower. There are two paddle boards and eight bicycles for guest use.

Location details
Cala en Blanes is a tranquil cove popular with boaters and swimmers who bathe from the rocks on either side and from the charming small beach, which is shaded by palm trees. It’s a busy place in the summer months and a beach bar adds to the fun. Away from the beach is a bustling holiday resort with shops, supermarkets, bars and the like.
It is the proximity of Cala en Blanes to the centre of Ciutadella (a 12-minute drive) which makes it popular with the discerning holidaymaker. Ciutadella offers an excellent choice of bars and restaurants, and is truly a delight to explore with its narrow cobbled streets, ancient buildings, variety of shops selling local jewellery, food and leather goods, and colourful history. The historic port, with its little fishing boats and sleek yachts, is a great place to dine al fresco.
Mahon airport is a 45-minute drive from the villa.
