This two-bedroom, first-floor apartment is situated in the popular Son Bou Gardens, an ideal family holiday base boasting well-kept gardens and a very large communal pool. This apartment is in ‘Zone 3’, near to the complex centre, tennis courts, pool and snack bar.

There is a supermarket two minutes walk from the apartment and it’s a seven-minute walk away from Son Bou’s main commercial centre with its abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beach, the longest on the island, is a 10-minute stroll.

Entrance to the apartment is via a gated terrace with table and chairs to seat four. Apartment accommodation comprises:

About Son Bou

The popular family resort of Son Bou boasts the longest beach in Menorca. Some 2 miles (3km) of pale golden sand is sandwiched between a pair of rocky headlands. The eastern end of the beach is usually busy and has lots of bars, restaurants and watersports but, as you walk west, the beach becomes wilder, and quieter. Son Bou has all you need for a seaside holiday: opportunities for safe swimming, windsurfing, pedaloes and water-skiing plus entertainment. Club San Jaime will keep children occupied with its water chute while adults can relax in the landscaped gardens with cool drink
