Villa Una is a traditional Menorcan villa with three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms located in the peaceful countryside village of Son Vitamina, around 10 minutes drive from Mahon Airport and a similar distance from the beach resort of Cala en Porter.

The interior of the property is all on one level and there is a private pool, a large outside terrace, and it offers privacy and plenty of space for guests.

• Off the living room and through sliding doors is a covered terrace area suitable for dining of an evening. Here you will find a dining table and six chairs. Steps down from the terrace area lead to the recently fully refurbished sun terrace, garden and swimming pool areas.

The pool is 8x4m with roman steps at the shallow end. The newly built raised sun terrace area faces the pool and is a prime spot for topping up your tan during the day. There is also a shower on the terrace, and six sunbeds. There is also a large awning on the terrace for shade.

There’s a roof terrace with distant sea views for private sunbathing and sunset drinks.
