Villa Alba, Son Bou

Perched high above the beautiful south-coast resort of Son Bou, Villa Alba enjoys the most spectacular view out over the Mediterranean. The fabulous pool area takes full advantage of the vista, as does the awning-shaded upper dining terrace.

Villa Alba has four air-conditioned bedrooms – two of the bedrooms have double beds and ensuite shower rooms and the other two each feature two single beds, and these rooms share a separate shower room.

There’s a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a TV (mainly Spanish channels) and wifi internet. The living room has a dining area with table to seat six, and this space is adjacent to the modern, well-equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a washing machine.

The upper terrace is shaded by remotely controlled electric awnings and has comfortable seating as well as a dining table. Steps lead down from here to the pool area with its 8x4m private pool (with roman-step entry). There is plenty of room around the pool for sunbeds and there is a poolside shower. To the side of the property is a large brick-built barbecue.

Because of Villa Alba’s elevated setting and a number of steps up to it from the road, we do not recommend this property for those with limited mobility.
