A typical Menorcan country house, Casa Mado Maria is situated near the residential area of Binixica – approximately halfway between Mahon and Cala en Porter.

The small village of San Clemente, where you will find all local amenities (bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks etc) is a five-minute drive, and the airport is 10 minutes by car. The south coast beaches are a 10-15-minute journey from the property. The villa’s scenic location provides a relaxing base for a family holiday while still being close to all amenities.

The house has been refurbished and redesigned with great attention to detail and with high quality furnishings and fittings. The rooms are distributed over two levels: on the ground floor there is a long entrance hall, living room (with DVD and CD players), kitchen (with two dishwashers, three refrigerators, washing machine and tumble dryer), air-conditioned master double bedroom with ensuite shower room, one twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, one single bedroom with ensuite cloakroom.

On the first floor there is an air-conditioned double bedroom, an air-conditioned twin bedroom and a shower room. There is wifi internet access.

The exterior grounds have two sunbathing terraces, one at the side of the swimming pool and the other in front of the house. The 12x5m pool has roman step access and is surrounded on one side by a typical Menorcan dry stone wall. There are sunloungers and parasols around the pool area as well as further tables and chairs.

The terrace directly in front of the house has a large pergola with table and built-in benches and BBQ. The entrance hall of the property can be converted into a shaded porch area by opening the large glass doors.
