The ground floor
Villa Santana’s main living space comprises a spacious and elegantly furnished living room which opens via wall-to-wall sliding glass doors on to a covered and glazed terrace area from which spectacular sea views can be enjoyed. There is comfortable relaxing furniture, a Smart TV and a full-sized pool table.
Off the living room is the stunning modern kitchen with its white units and stone worksurface. The kitchen has a fitted microwave, steam oven and oven. In addition there is a free-standing range cooker with five gas hobs and a double oven. There are two dishwashers, two large fridge-freezers, and a wine fridge, as well as a dining table which will seat eight.
First floor accommodation
Upstairs there are five bedrooms off a large landing. The master is spacious and boasts the best views out over Mahon harbour. There are patio doors on to a large terrace which spans most of the width of the house, and there is an ensuite with large oval standalone bath, walk-in shower, two basins and wc.
There are two bedrooms connected by a dressing room. One a double bedroom with a terrace overlooking the pool and ensuite shower room. The other is a twin bedroom.
A further bedroom on this floor has a double bed and patio doors leading to the upper terrace. This room has an ensuite with large walk-in shower. The final bedroom on this floor is a large ensuite room with double bed and a terrace overlooking the front of the property.
Second floor accommodation
On the top-floor level, accessed by a small spiral staircase, is a spacious and very open room ideal for use as accommodation and play room for children. There is a small double bed in this room plus three single beds, as well as a large flatscreen TV.
Downstairs sleeping accommodation
Back on the ground floor, just off the kitchen, is a ‘service area’ with staff bedroom with two single beds, bathroom and laundry room.
There are two further bedrooms on the ground floor, both have double beds and sea views; one has patio doors leading directly on to the pool terrace. Each has an ensuite bathroom.
Outside there are plenty of areas for sunbathing and taking in the views. There is a beautiful 9x4m private swimming pool with roman step access; depth is between 1.4m and 2.2m. There is a large outside dining table as well as a barbecue area with plancha and outside shower. There is a outside wc which can be accessed from the pool area.

Es Castell is a lively residential town which features two charming coves. The larger, Cales Fonts, has a huge selection of waterside bars and restaurants, many based in the old caves of the cliff, while the other, Cala Corb, is a working fishing cove. Es Castell is an excellent base for those looking to stay close to town amenities and travel by car to explore the island and its many beaches and attractions.
Villa Santana is located in the Santa Ana residential area and is seven minutes walk from Cales Fonts harbour, and there is a supermarket within five minutes walk. The nearest beach is a 15-minute car journey and you can bathe from the platform steps at Cala Predrea, a three-minute walk. Mahon airport is a 15-minute drive
