Casa Froya in Port Addaya

Casa Froya is a charming and spacious modern villa which enjoys an elevated position in the central area of popular Port Addaya, close to all the resort amenities and a short drive from the beautiful beach at Arenal d’en Castell. The main living area of the villa is on the top floor, and there are spectacular views to be had from the spacious upper terrace.

The villa has a total of five bedrooms but in the off-season can be rented at reduced rates with three or four bedrooms to suit smaller parties – ask us for details and rates.

All five bedrooms are air-conditioned, and there is a lovely 10x4m private pool with spacious sunbathing area.

The villa is located three minutes walk from the well-stocked resort supermarket and the two or three seasonal restaurants, and five minutes walk from the charming marina area. The villa is on a one-way street with minimal passing traffic and plenty of free on-street parking.

Casa Froya’s street-level front door leads directly into the villa’s main living area, with two comfortable settees – a three-seater and a two-seater – plus an armchair, coffee table and attractive wall-mounted artworks and wall coverings. There is wifi internet and a flatscreen Smart TV for watching your streaming services.

Just off the living room is the well-equipped modern fitted kitchen with large fridge-freezer, oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher and dining table. Both the kitchen and the living room have french doors out to the spacious terrace and its stunning views out over the resort to the sea. The terrace features a large wooden dining table for relaxed meals-with-a-view, and also some comfortable lounging furniture. There’s a large sun shade and there is a flight of external steps which lead down to the pool terrace.

Back inside on the upper level of the house there’s a cloakroom with lavatory, a utility room with washing machine, and an internal staircase which leads down to the lower floor and the sleeping accommodation, which comprises:

Air-conditioned master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, toilet, basin and bidet. There are french doors from the master bedroom out to a small private terrace with room for a couple of sunloungers

There is a full family bathroom on the lower floor equipped with bath, large walk-in shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet. Also on the lower floor level is a shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet.

There’s a door from the lower floor directly on to the large pool terrace which surrounds the 10x4m private swimming pool with roman step access. There’s plenty of room around the pool for sunloungers, and there’s also a small dining table. Stairs lead up at the side of the house to street level, and there is an additional shower room with an outside-only door which is ideal for hosing down sandy returnees from the beach or for cleaning up and drying off after the pool.

There are stairgates to prevent small children from using the stairs unaccompanied, and a travelcot, highchair and baby lounger are provided, as well as beach towels.
