Villa Tembwe is a spacious, detached, well equipped three-bedroom/two-bathroom villa occupying a substantial plot, and with large private swimming pool, located in the charming area of Cap d’en Font, just a few hundred metres from a pretty sheltered cove and the small beach of Binisafua Playa.

There is a large L-shaped living/dining room, comfortably furnished with sofas, chairs, dining table and chairs, and equipped with a DVD player and a TV with some UK channels. Wifi internet is provided.

French doors lead from the living area on to a covered terrace equipped with a large wooden dining table, as well as a retractable awning for extra shade.

To the right of the entrance door is the spacious kitchen, with quality fitted units and integral oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms:

• A double with large fitted wardrobe and french doors to the outside terrace
• A twin-bedded room
• A double with additional single bed and ensuite shower room with WC

The villa sleeps seven comfortably. All bedrooms have dual air-conditioning/heating systems.

In addition to the ensuite shower room there is an additional separate bathroom with bath and shower over, and WC.

Externally the villa has large covered and open terrace areas to the rear and lovely, well maintained, lawned gardens with a multiplicity of Mediterranean flowers and shrubs. Located to the rear of the gardens is the 9×4.5m pool, which has ladder access and depth between 1m and 1.9m. There is a brick-built barbecue and also a portable barbecue.

This is a bright, airy and spacious villa offering a good level of privacy, and a relaxed and comfortable base.

There’s an excellent pizza-and-Italian restaurant within walking distance of the villa but the nearest supermarket is a short drive away. Villa Tembwe is a minute’s walk away from the lovely rocky cove of Calo Blanc, which offers great sea bathing, and is 12 minutes walk from Binisafua beach.

Villa Tembwe is underneath one of the Menorca Airport flightpaths, so inevitably there is occasional noise from aircraft taking off or landing.
