This lovely air-conditioned villa and adjacent cottage sit on a large double plot with stunning sea views in the residential resort of Binidali, a five-minute walk from the pretty sandy cove. The furnishings by Indian Ocean and Neptune make it a very special home-from-home that will delight the most discerning clients. We strongly recommend early booking.

The villa is approached from the gated entrance drive and the five-bedroom main house has accommodation as follows:

Master suite with a unique layout that includes super kingsize bed, sunken bath, shower/WC and double fitted unit sink.

Bedroom with super-kingsize bed; ensuite bathroom

Three twin bedrooms with single beds sharing a family bathroom and an additional WC. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning.

The air-conditioned living area is open plan, a beautifully furnished living space with sofas, TV with English-language satellite channels, DVD, wi-fi internet, dining table and chairs all of the best quality. There are doors from the living room to the pool area.

The kitchen has oven/hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and high quality crockery and utensils.

The adjacent cottage, built from the lovely local stone, provides the optional sixth bedroom and is ideal for the extended family. It has a super-kingsize bed, sofabed and shower room. It also has a small kitchenette with fridge and hob, kettle. To the outside it has its own covered terrace with dining table and chairs, loungers and swinging seat.

The outdoor space is truly lovely with large terrace area, lawns and mature trees and shrubs.

The 9×4.85m swimming pool has roman step access and can be heated (at extra cost). Indian Ocean rattan lounging furniture gives a sociable space to relax when the sun goes down. There are also plenty of loungers and a covered terrace with table and chairs and a built-in BBQ, together with an additional dining area with a large rattan dining table and armchairs.

Children and toddlers are very welcome as the child friendly villa has a swimming pool fence (there is a charge for erection) and baby equipment including cot, highchair, toys, DVDs and books. To the front of the cottage is a large lawned area and a children’s play area with swing and basketball.

Travel Menorca highly recommends this villa for a relaxing family holiday in a desirable resort that is still close to local bars and restaurants, though we do highly recommend a hire car.
