The perfect apartment for a family beach holiday in the lovely resort of Sant Tomas, ideally situated close to bars/shops and restaurants and just a two-minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach directly in front of the apartment.
Edificio Migjorn is a low-rise building of just two floors and this apartment – 1.3 – is on the first floor directly facing the sea, with superb views. The complex has a large swimming pool, vehicle parking and there is a small shop and bar/restaurant close by, plus a children’s playground.
Accommodation comprises
- Two twin bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room
- One room with bunk beds suitable for children
- All bedrooms have ceiling fans and plenty of wardrobe space
- A separate family shower room
- Air-conditioned open-plan living/kitchen/diner with patio doors to terrace
- Kitchen is equipped with oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and plenty of crockery and utensils
- Dining area has a small dining table and chairs plus terrace furniture
- Living area has two sofas, one of which converts into a sofa bed, and a TV with internet channels
- There is wifi internet throughout
Sant Tomas is a really pretty resort with a fabulous beach bar ‘Es Bruc’ which is a popular place for lunch with the beach at your feet.

About Santo Tomas
Santo Tomas boasts a lovely long beach and has all the amenities you would expect to find in a small Menorcan beach resort, including several cafes and bars. Within walking distance of the resort’s main seafront area is beautiful Binigaus beach, unspoilt and a draw for naturists and those wishing to get away from it all. Santo Tomas has good bus links to Menorca’s twin cities of Mahon and Ciutadella
