Ocean Palms Villa in Port Addaya

Enjoying fabulous views from its superb location just above Port Addaya’s beautiful, busy marina, Ocean Palms Villa is a modern property – built in 2007 – which sleeps 10 in air-conditioned comfort and which boasts a fabulous pool area.

The villa is entered via the rear, on the top floor of the property. On this level are three air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and each with access to a spacious sunbathing terrace with sea and port views

Down on the ground floor there are two further bedrooms, each is air-conditioned and features twin beds, and has an ensuite shower room. There is an additional bathroom on this level.

The large modern kitchen has an oven and hob, microwave oven, large American-style fridge/freezer and french doors offering great views out over the harbour. The comfortable and spacious air-conditioned living/dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and offers comfortable seating around the Smart TV and a small dining table, as well as twin French doors to the covered terrace above the pool, which has comfy seating and a further dining table.

A few steps down is the 8x4m private swimming pool with roman-step access, which has an (unheated) separate Jacuzzi pool and is surrounded by an ample sunbathing terrace, with loungers and a brick-built barbecue. Beneath the pool area is a further entrance to the villa, with off-road parking.
