Casa La Bonita, Son Bou

Villa Casa Bonita enjoys a commanding position with views across the beautiful bay of Son Bou and is just 15 minutes walk from the lovely beach. It is located just across the street from another of our four-bed properties, Villa Maria.

A short stairway leads up from the street to the ground-floor level of the villa, where you will find the lovely 8x4m private swimming pool with its spacious pool terrace (with awning and sun loungers) and covered dining area with barbecue, table and chairs.

There is one bedroom on the ground floor, with French doors on to the pool terrace. This has air-conditioning, two single beds and an ensuite bathroom.

The upper floor of the house features a large and comfortable air-conditioned living area with TV (mainly European channels) and wifi internet. There are sliding doors out on to a specious terrace enjoying fabulous views down to the sea.

There is a separate dining area next to the well-equipped modern kitchen with its oven/hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, blender and many other kitchen gadgets.

The three upper bedrooms are all air-conditioned are all of a good size and have fitted wardrobes and twin beds; they share a separate shower room.

Casa La Bonita is an eight-minute relatively level walk away from the nearest bars, restaurants and supermarket. Because of the many steps within the grounds of the property, we do not recommend it for those with limited mobility.
