5-bed Villa Bella Vista, Son Bou

Newly refurbished for the 2022 season and just relaunched on to the rental market, Villa Bella Vista offer stylish accommodation for up to 10 people, as well as stunning views out over the resort of Son Bou.

It’s a spectacular home that has been completely renovated in a modern and minimalist style, with Mediterranean touches and decorative elements based on high-quality natural wood. It is a comfortable house with cool rooms, located on the hill of San Jaime, with incredible views of Son Bou beach.

Villa Bella Vista has five spacious air-conditioned bedrooms on the pool-level lower floor. Three of them are doubles and have ensuite bathrooms and two of them are twins sharing a separate bathroom with a two-person walk-in shower. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool area.

On the upper floor there is a large living-dining room and a modern, well-equipped kitchen, both with impressive views out over the resort and the sea. The living area features a large round solid wood dining table and huge windows with access to a large covered terrace with a dining area and a barbecue area. There’s a Smart TV in the living room and wifi internet available throughout the property.

The modern fitted kitchen features a central island and there is a huge American-style fridge/freezer as well as oven/hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave oven.

The private swimming pool is approximately 8x4m and is surrounded by ample terracing for sun loungers, as well as a covered terrace. There’s an external staircase (in addition to the the internal one).

Son Bou’s spectacular beach is a 15-minute walk away, as is the central resort area. There’s a good restaurant and a supermarket within five minutes walk. Please note there is a flight of around 30 steps up from the road to the pool level of the villa and this may be an issue for those with limited mobility.
