Accommodation is arranged all on one level, on the second floor of the building – there are steps up from street level. There is a small entrance hall and then you enter the air-conditioned living/dining room. This is a large room furnished with a dining table that could comfortably seat six, two sofas, a glass coffee table, TV with IPTV channels (wifi internet provided) and DVD player.
From the living room there are two patio doors opening on to a Romeo and Juliet balcony which offers the best views of the harbour.
Off the living room is a kitchen with Smeg electric oven/hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and all the necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday. There is a small utility area off the kitchen where you will find the washing machine.
A corridor leads to the two bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom is a twin room and the other is a double. Both have air conditioning, a large chest of drawers, two bedside drawers and fitted wardrobes. The bedrooms share a family bathroom with sink in a vanity unit, bath with shower over and wc.
The apartment shares a large communal swimming pool to the rear of the property. There is a parking space at the rear also.
There are dozens of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Mesquida is the nearest beach, a 10-minute drive away, with the beaches of Punta Prima, Binibeca and Alcafar all within 15 minutes drive.
