Alta Mar apartment in Son Bou

This pleasant two-bed/one-bathroom apartment is situated in the popular Alta Mar complex (block F) in a superb position overlooking the resort of Son Bou.

Steps lead up to the apartment and into the living room with two sofas, coffee table, DVD player (no TV channels), wifi internet and doors leading out to terrace with table and chairs and stunning sea views.

Off the living area is the brand new fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary crockery and utensils for a self-catering holiday. A washing machine is situated in separate cupboard.

There are two bedrooms, one with king-size bed and the other with two single beds. Both have fully fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning units. The bedrooms share a family shower room.

All apartments on this complex share a large swimming pool with attached children’s shallow pool. Please note that this facility is not immediately adjacent to the apartment but a short stroll away. There are sunbeds to take to the pool area.

As there are a number of steps leading up to the apartment entrance, this must be taken into account for those with mobility problems. Once in the apartment, everything is on one level apart from two steps leading up to bedrooms and bathroom. A hire car is recommended due to the elevated position of the apartment – there are steep steps leading directly down to the resort, or it is possible to walk a more circuitous route along the road. Either way, it’s a hike back up!
